The wait is almost over! Johannesburg solo artist, Stanley June, just released a teaser video for his much-anticipated ‘Imitating Art’ music video, the title track of his debut album.

The teaser video includes behind-the-scenes clips of the filming process, as well as a few sneak peeks of the actual video. ‘Imitating Art’ will be Stanley’s fourth official music video and he promises that it will wow viewers. “Instead of taking the whole video making process on my own shoulders like with my previous videos, I asked a few friends in the film industry to lend me a hand with ‘Imitating Art’. I am excited to share the end product with the world.”

The video will follow on the heels of Stanley’s ‘City of Angels’ music video, which already has over 7 000 views on YouTube. By the looks of things ‘Imitating Art’ is bound to top this amount.

The video is set to premiere at The Bohemian in Johannesburg and will include a special performance by Stanley June. He’ll be joined on stage by the very talented Clint Falconer and Andy Maritz (associated with SA greats like Dan Patlansky, Elvis Blue and Albert Frost) on bass and drums.
